1. About Us

Dali Marketers is a Google Ads audit and consultancy service operated by Dali Marketers ("we", "us", "our"). Our services are delivered remotely worldwide, serving businesses in different markets. Contact: dalimarketers@gmail.com / WhatsApp +254 108 574 085.

2. Our Services

We offer the following paid services:

• Essential Audit ($79): A focused review of your Google Ads account delivered within 2 business days, including conversion tracking review, keyword analysis, wasted spend identification, and a PDF report.
• Professional Audit ($149): A comprehensive deep-dive review delivered within 3 business days, including all Essential Audit deliverables plus campaign structure review, Quality Score diagnosis, landing page alignment, competitor intelligence, and a walkthrough call.
• Audit + Fix ($299): The Professional Audit plus implementation of agreed priority fixes within the confirmed scope within 5 working days, including ad copy rewrite, negative keyword build-out, conversion tracking setup, and a 30-day post-fix check-in.

Service descriptions on our website represent the intended scope of delivery. The exact content of any report will depend on the specific issues identified in your account.

3. Account Access

To perform the audit, you must grant us read-only (viewer-level) access to your Google Ads account. This access level allows review without changing campaigns. Google Ads read-only users can view billing information and reporting data; it is not a billing-privacy restriction. We use access only for the agreed service. You grant this access voluntarily and may revoke it at any time. We will not make any changes to your account unless you have purchased the Audit + Fix package and expressly authorised us to do so.

4. Payment

Payment is due in full before the audit begins. We accept bank transfer, PayPal, and Wise (Transferwise). Payment terms and bank details will be confirmed via WhatsApp or email before any transfer is made. All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed. We do not store payment details.

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines begin once: (a) payment has been confirmed; and (b) read-only access to your Google Ads account has been granted. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the stated timeframes. In the event of unexpected delays, we will notify you promptly.

Delivery timelines are business day estimates and exclude weekends and public holidays unless otherwise agreed.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the bespoke nature of our audit work, we do not offer refunds once an audit has been delivered. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your audit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work to address your concerns. If we are unable to access your account for reasons beyond our control, we will issue a full refund.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all information about your Google Ads account and business as strictly confidential. We will not share, publish, or disclose any account-specific data without your express written consent. We may use anonymised, aggregate data (e.g. average wasted spend percentages) in marketing materials without identifying your business.

8. Intellectual Property

The audit report delivered to you is licensed for your personal or business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the report without our prior written consent. The methodologies, templates, and frameworks used to produce the report remain the intellectual property of Dali Marketers.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our audit reports represent our professional assessment based on the data available at the time of the audit. We make no warranties or guarantees about specific financial outcomes, improvements in ROAS, cost savings, or campaign performance following implementation of our recommendations. Results will depend on factors beyond our control, including market conditions, competition, and the quality of implementation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dali Marketers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you in connection with any audit or service shall not exceed the fees paid for that specific service.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Audit + Fix — Implementation Terms

Where you have purchased the Audit + Fix package, by granting us appropriate implementation access you authorise us to implement the agreed changes to your Google Ads account. We will document all changes made. We strongly recommend you review all changes within 5 days of completion. We are not liable for performance outcomes following implementation, as results depend on market conditions and other factors outside our control.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. For clients based in the United Kingdom, these Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have under UK consumer law. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
